respected guru's....last week SC has given a judgement.....that Landlord can Evict a tenant(who do not vacate the house...and prolong to case) with the Help of Police itself... may i know the case no. + case details plz.

but that judgment did not say that the eviction will be solely through police....

it was after the passing of final orders of eviction by the courts if the tenant does not vacate the premises then the police help shall be provided immediately.

Dear Mr. Kiran, You are absolutely right.
But the querists were looking for only this judgment. After reading the judgment they have to get to know the true import of the said order.

This judgement is applicable after final order in final appeal not earlier.

Tenants need not worry you have lot of scope to fight and retain your tenancy.

I agree with Mr. Ramachandran. It is better the the querist go through the document before he can feel the need to adhere to the advice given by the experts.
