A Residents Welfare Association in Delhi is registered under The Socities Registration Act,1860.
Does its auditor have to be a quakified Chartered Accountant?
Is the RWA required to submit its Audited Annual Accounts to the Registrar of Societies?

Yes, it is required to be done by CA.

The associations get the annual accounts audited by CA; some do not send the audited report to registrar of society. It is better to send the report to registrar; this is to safeguard associations' interest before any of the members approach registrar complaining malpractices by the office bearers.
