Relaxation of Duty Timing

Employee's duty timing is 9.00 am. in morning. One employee usually come around 9.05 - 9.15 am.
Is there any relaxation given to employee by statut on duty timing ? If any yes plz let me know the section and subsection under law.

If you are a private organization you shall frame a rule that there shall be a relaxation in time for 10-15 minutes after 9.00am.

Every employee has to follow his terms of employment or face disciplinary action. However it is a general rule in organisations to allow a grace of 5 mts or so.

whether it is a private or govt except defence organisation, there may be consideration for 10 to 15 min now and then but not continuously every day, within their rules and regulations...

if the rules or standing orders of the company do not permit he may be warned for habitual late coming .
