does director of company are employee under PF act.if so does PF dedeuction will be made from their salary?

Director of a company may not be an employee of the company. If any director is appointed as an employee, he is entiled to get all the benefits like any other employee including PF benefits as well along with his salary. However, if the Director is not appointed as an employee but as an agent of the company who get remuneration from the profits of the company is not entitled to get PF benifits.
