I AM 57 YRS MALE HAV GOT NOTICE FROM FAMILY COURT IN BANDRA TO GIVE THE SHOW CAUSE NOTICE Y ARREST SHOULD NOT ISSUE PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH SOME DRAFTS OR REPLIES SO THAT I CAN BE HELPED.
MY CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURE IS O.21, R.37

Dear Client,
You can cite your or your close relatives health problems as reasons such as High B.P, Heart attack or Malignant Malaria etc as an answer to the show cause notice issued to you by the Family court for not being able to attend the court proceedings. Obtain a Medical Certificate issued by a qualified Physician citing that you're suffering from one of the above health problems and required rest and hence unable to attend the court. Plead this health cause and certainly the court would consider it in a positive light and dispensed with your presence for the time being.
