Hi all

Can any one give me the description regarding Min. Wages applicable for graduates and under graduates for Delhi and Mumbai.

Kindly mention where it is mentioned in the respective act and rules made there under.

The rates of minimum wages in Delhi
For Gratuates Rs.4276/- pm
For matriculates-undergraduate Rs. 3964/-These are effective from 1-8-2007
There is only a provision for appropriate Government to fix minimum wages from time to time on the basis of price index. These are announced by a notification.
