please late me inform how many days of Leave salary payable to employee when encash. if any notification or circular then give it.

Sir,

Normally companies are providing 24 earn leave per annum.The employee is eligible for encash 20 leaves and the 4 leaves will carry forward to next year.In 5th year the employee will get encashment of 20 normal leave + 20(5x4)leave arrears.
