dear i am from umrer near nagpur I have purchased a flat and now the builder is not ready to provide car parking He said to me that you have to purchase the parking area we 36 flat owners are facing the same problem There was not such condition and the broushere indicates that ample parking will be provided

As per recent SC judgement builder has no right to sell the parking space u contact the society, if it not establish then initiate action against the builder.

Please file a case in the Consumer Forum , that brouchere, which is a part of contract
(III(2007) CPJ 7 (NC)), was against Supreme court judgement and cklaim compensation from builder

hi dear with appreciating the above mentioned answers u also checked the building sanction plan by the concern authority and traced whether any specific parking space is showned in the same plan in saleble area or not .
most of cases builder has not authority to sale the said parking space but if the builder demanded the price for it then it should be reflect in your agreement
