Q) how time it will take to get stay order from supreme court for transfer of case from one state to another? how much fee will lawyer takes?

depends upon lawyer to lawyer . no fixed figure can be given . contact lawyer practising in supreme court from LCi for more information

Dear Client,

It may not take much time from the date of 'Admission of the main transfer petition along with with a stay petition seeking stay of the court proceedings in the court in another place pending request for transfer of the case from that court to another court or the Supreme Court for disposal.e i.e., Such interim stay orders can be issued by the court within say a maximum of 3 days from the date of admission of the case in to the Supreme Court. And the Fee depends upon the reputation of th lawyer, who may demand not lees than Rs.3000/-. for getting the interim stay orders from the Supreme court.
