  • BHAWNA says : Society Registartion
    there is a Educational Society in delhi running a school. It wants to get a trademark registration for a logo it is using, so that it can not be copied by others. For that , there must be a provision in their memorandum & for that we need to insert a clause in the MoA (aNCILLARY oBJECT cLAUSE- Steps & resolution) As insertion of the clause will be subject to Society Reg. Act , 1860. Please Provide the same:)
