    What is the prosecuting section of law and penalty for violation of curfew in India? Can Police cause death by firing for violating curfew? violation of section 144 is a non cognizable offence under section 188 IPC. then how can the police arrest without warrant when the curfew is being violated by less than 5 persons and individually? In a curfew imposed area should the police ask the violators to give their names and addressed for lodging complaint to the magistrate for violation under section 188 IPC? Under which law the police shoots the violators of curfew? Kindly clear the confusion.
