have been working in an unaided teacher trainee college since 6 years .I have university approval also .my appointment was done by selection committee ,and as per advertisement they said that salary will be as per Ugc norms.but they didn't give full sary only fixed salary of rs 9000 was given to us for 4 years .my staff members approached to principal and secretary many a times about increase in pay but they didnt pay attention.when one of our staff member approached to university grievance cell the employer increased our salary to 30000 but they told affiliation team and NCTE that they are giving us salary of 6th pay.now they dont wnt to give us full salary and threatening us by saying that society is going to close down the course and they not even involved in admission process also.their intention is to close down unaided section ,they didnt inform about this now they are saying that we will give you notice that your services are not required any more. what action should be taken against them ?please suggest me some way as we all are 17 staff members.

Dear Sir, This is Arpan,I am 25 years.Recently I have resigned from my job due to my father's health issue.Post resignation when I asked my employer to acknowledge me about my notice period and relieving date they behaved strangely and denied for the same.Hence,I told them that I will be serving the whole notice period of two months as per my appointment letter.Its been 10 days they haven't replied and now they are forcing me to leave the company each and every day with out relieving and experience letter saying that there is a bond of two years.As a result i questioned them regarding the bond which I have never signed they threatened me and even block my office mail box. Sir , kindly guide me through as they want me to leave the company without serving the notice period and relieving letter. Regards Arpan

i make deal with seller of mobile which is registered in ebay.com,,i directly contact with dealer without using ebay.com and we had direct talk that after paying amount i will received product within 3-5 days.. i deposit Rs. 21,000 amount in his account.. now after 1 week i don't receive product and dealer doesn't give me any satisfied answer about delivery,, i had doubt of fraud with me,, so sir i want to know that i am living in Rajkot, gujarat and dealer is in karnal, haryana.. i had proof of payment transfer and e-mail conversation with me and dealer. so how can and where i can report of fraud..and what be the result with this proof.. kindly request for give me right way to complain.. Thanks

Keeping it short i want to take expert advice, as my wife went to her parents home by her own wish, due to some minor differences, she has fild a case u/s 125 for maintenance, Then i filed a case u/s 9 for bringing her back to matrimonial home, Then she filed a case u/s 12 of domestic violence on the basis of vague allegations. Now She has sent me by post a copy of application that she has written to judge for sending me summons u/s 498-a, 406, 120-b. Please advice is it possible for her to file these cases in my case, because she first files maintenance and then domestic violence and now threatening me for 498-a, 406 and 120-b , where as i had already filed a case u/s 9. my friend has a dv case and a divorce case going on. she has filed an FIR too.reason being adultery committed by husband. she has a minor daughter 5yrs.currently with retired parents.she is a doctor by profession and has recently started her practice. as evidence of adultery she has obscene videos of her husband with the said lady.husband is aware of the proofs.in such case she is not ready to settle the matter out of court.her in laws are supporting her husband in this illicit relationship.what is the prognosis of such cases? is there any chance of punishment?
