Sir I had filed 3 criminal application u/s 482 so far in the last 10 months in the Bombay high court for getting RELIEFS AND TO GET REGISTER f i r AGINST THE RESPONDENT. but ALL THE THREE WERE DISPOSED . However the third did stated in its order to the sessions court to espidiosly take up the case, and stating that the grievance of the Applicant is that he want FIR to be registered. Since my life is in danger. However the session’s court had not taken it seriously. There was vacation for one month. New judge came who told me to send notice to the respondent. Affidavit of service was made. But the accused did not turn up in the court. The sessions crt judge told me that the court will now send the notice to the respondent. Now again after 25 days the respondent did not came up in the court. Now the judge is telling me that the report of the police had not come so 31 august 2013. Date is given. And i know even on that date nothing is going to happen. My qs is that i am again filing Criminal application under section 482 the fourth one. So does the court do have inherent powers vested in its u/s 482 to register an F I R. is it so. Since my life is in danger. i had already filed 6 writ petitions in the Bombay high court so far in the last 3 years. which were disposed. now its already fourth yr in the Bombay high court. the accused has very high profile contacts and so the police is not registering any FIR so far and even my all 6 writ petitions were disposed off. The high court is telling me to file private complain which i had already filed. First 15 months in the lower court which was disposed off and now 4 months in the session’s court.

Greetings!!!! sir, i have purchased a land of 250 Sq yds in hyderabad and after 5 transactions i am the 6th person/purchaser from 5th person of the plot. Mr X has taken AGPA for total land from original pattedars(agricultural land owners) and formed a layout with 200 plots in the year 1997 and sold many plots to several people. for my plot a series of 5 legal sale transactions were executed and i am the 6th person purchased from 5th person, now due to abnormal increase in land prices to grab entire layout land AGPA holder has executed a sale deed in the year 2006 in the name of his wife, children and his brother in form of agricultural land even after forming a layout. while executing construction on my plot persons related to Mr. X have threatened me and family to leave the site without asking any question and i approached police station they were not showing interest to file case against land grabber with second registration documents. then i approached court and filed private complaint with videos and photographs threatening me and family and then FIR was booked which took almost 45 days from offence to FIR registration. In the mean while Mr. X's Bother created a fake layout on existing layout and executed a sale transaction on his partner filed and civil case stating that i am interrupting them. Luckly after FIR was registered on 09/07/2013 the sale transaction was executed on 10/07/2013 and case was filed on 16/02013. now i want clarification whether i can approach high court with stating all facts and quash the civil case or request you to kindly give do some help by giving suggestion how to proceed further. That i have instituted suit permenant injuction where i am praying for restraining the defendent from causing any sort of interference in to peaceful performance of pujA and other religious activities being carried out by the plaintiff who is the rajprohit of ganesha temple at srinagar since decadtemple since decadeses and the defendents after filing w/s were setin ex parte and i lead evidence in ex-parte who stated that palintiff is the rajprohit and is performing puja in said temple since decades . During the turmoil the said temple was closed and after few years the local hindus approached the DC concerned for opening of the same and the DC concerened directed the plaintiff to carryout all the religious functions in the said temple .That i have argued the matter before the court i have placed all the relevant documents. Now the concerned presidin g officer is asking for case laws/relevant judgements in support of my arguments and has raised the query thar this is not a hereditary post that he can claim. kindly send me some relevent judgements so that same can be produced before the Court

Hello Sir I am from Delhi and my brother got married 3 years back. My sister-in-law and her family is continuously harassing us. She and her parents are threatening us of filing dowry case and domestic violence case against my parents and my sister. That girl is working and she doesn't do any household work, even my parents take care of her child but still she puts false allegations and threatens us to commit suicide. Please suggest me what we can do and what legal precautions we can take to protect ourselves before she will take some wrong step.
