wife did not return back from her parents home since first dipawali after marriage(stayed for 3.5 months & took our ornaments along). Since then two years lapsed but no positive response. We tried talking to them also called couple of times to her uncle who was intermediate during marriage fixing, who is no more since 10 months. we visited her home/office to talk but they just dragged the case saying we will speak. Now, 3 months before she called & shown interest for divorce with mutual consent. All was set with agreed terms in front of her lawyer but reverted negatively after getting self docs like copy of identity, self owned resi address proof & original marriage invitation card (handed over by self to her lawyer as agreed. But, very next her lawyer called & said she is not ready. Since then no calls no updates. pls suggest & guide in further process

I want to file an application before hon'ble high court under section 401(1)(2) crpc read with section 482 crpc for early hearing in a criminal revision which is pending before hon'ble high court & further to obtain the specimen handwriting of a person(ishwar) and this evidence will show that defense of the applicant(me) is correct and that person(ishwar) in connivance his brother complaint have committed offense under section 109,195.500 IPC in lodging a case under section 420,467,471 IPC with the prayer that person is about 60 year old and if during the pendency of the case there should be any miss-happening with that person then there will be absolute effect on the natural justice as well as evidence calues of the case. Is this application is valid in this case? please reply as soon as possible

RESPECTED SIR, I HAD FILED AN APPEAL WITH THE APPELATE AUTHORITY(SECRETARY HOUSING PUNJAB) MORE THAN 135 DAYS BACK AGAINST THE ARBITARY & UNFAVOURABLE ORDERS OF THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATER,PUDA PUNJAB. ALREADY 90 DAYS HAVE PASSED SINCE I APPEARED FOR PERSONAL HEARING. HOWEVER I AM YET TO RECEIVE THE SPEAKING ORDER FROM THE APPELATE AUTHORITY EVEN AFTER 90 DAYS. IN CASE THE DECEISION TAKEN BY THE APPELATE AUTHORITY IS NOT IN MY FAVOUR BY THE APPELATE AUTHORITY THAN ONLY I CAN APPROACH THE HIGH COURT. MY QUESTION IS THAT IS THERE ANY LIMITATION PERIOD FOR THE APPELATE AUTHORITY TO REPLY AND PRONOUNCE THE JUDGEMENT? IS THIS DEVELOPMENT OF NOT PRONOUNCING THE JUDGEMENT BY APPELATE AUTHORITY EVEN AFTER 90 DAYS GOES IN MY FAVOUR IF I APPROACH THE HIGHER COURT? WHAT REMEDIAL MEASURES I CAN ADOPT TO SAFEGUARD MY INTERST? THANKS
