    Dear Sir, I need a help of you. Client : Tenanat , Haryana Owner filed an eviction suit against 40 years old tenant for vacant shop for open beauty parlour for daugher in law and Already a suit is pending in high court of haryana for forfeiture of tenancy by denying the title of landlord (as owner father died and 4 sons orally divide) although both lower courts were in favour of tenant that tenant had never denied. My question: 1. what are the pleas being a tenant we can take. 2. Does doctrine of res sub judice is better toll for tenant 3. Whether daughter in law will be counted as dependent. 4. Owner having 4 more shops in same building but not on groud floor, is suffice to save tenant Regards, Amit Arora Haryana

    sir i am chakravarthy (23) from A.P my father's business was lemon exporting my father gave 2 lakh to a farmer he signed on promissory note the farmer gave 70 thousand rupees in the form of lemon to our shop but from last 6 months he is not responding. My father died of heart stroke last month. how can i recover my balance money legally. 1.The promissory note has no date or rate of interest noted on it. 2.only the farmers sign on a stamp is on the promissory note. 3.I have 2 notes with the sign of the farmer. please help me

    sir i have query in a case where a business transaction between two parties took place around, where maximum amount of payment is paid by way of cheque but now the party who was paying the remaining amount presented the post dated cheque to the other party and within a month that party ordered/requested his bank to cancel the cheque whenever it will be presented. and the same got happen. and its been 2years now... now what will be the case ? which will file ? and in whose court

    Wife did not return back from her parents home since first dipawali (stayed with us only for 3.5 months). Since then 2 years lapsed but no response. Tried to contact also visited twice to their home/office but no positive response. Intermediate person is also no more for whom waited for long. Recently (3 months ago) she called for mutual consent for divorce with agreed terms (in front of her lawyer)but again she reverted. pls suggest the next course of action
