I MAY HAVE TO FILE A WRIT AGAINST MPPGCL FOR NON PERFORMANCE OF THEIR PURCHASE CONTRACT - HALF OF WHICH GOT EXECUTED BY PLEADING URGENCY FOR SUPPLY OF CONVEYOR BELTS TO THERMAL POWER STATIONS DURING SEPTEMBER 2012-AUGUST 2013 WITHOUT ESTABLISHING LETTER OF CREDIT FOR TIMELY PAYMENTS AS PER THEIR OWN TERMS OF PURCHASE ORDER THAT TOO AFTER RETAINING OVER Rs, 56 LAKHS AS SECURITY DEPOSIT BEING A PRE CONDITION FOR ESTABLISHING L.C. IN FAVOUR OF THIS SUFFERING MSE UNIT OF HARYANA. NOW MPPGCL HAS EVEN SUSPENDED THE SAID PURCHASE ORDER WHEN WE HAVE ALREADY INVESTED HUGE FUNDS IN RAW MATERIAL FOR THE ENTIRE ORDER ? IS IT POSSIBLE AT DELHI (PAYMENTS RECEIVED AT) OF HARYANA (SUPPLIES MADE FROM) EVEN THOUGH THE PRINTED JURISDICTION CLAUSE RESERVES IT TO JABALPUR ?

sir i have query regarding that the consumer court has given an judgement under section 25 that appoint the court commissioner and complete the process of registration but due to transfer of the court mean while ,the upcoming court is not ready to agree this judgement what to sir, plz help me out and secondly is that can a consumer court have a jurication of appointment of court commissioner

hi there my story is very different 2 years back i got married to a Muslim girl (love marriage) I am Hindu We Both Actually Met through social networking sites we both were chating daily for 4 months after that we both decided to get married so one fine day we got married after 1 year god blessed us with female baby now the baby age is 1 year 2 months now we both completed 2 years of our married life 1 month back there father mother both started to call us daily and started requesting to meet we both went there i was there for 15 days it was like hell to me they started to torcher me to get converted to islam some i escaped from there now my wife her parrents sent a notice that i kidnaped her some fairy tale storry i dont have any proof of our marriage but all my neighbours will support

Dear Sir, I need a help of you. Client : Tenanat , Haryana Owner filed an eviction suit against 40 years old tenant for vacant shop for open beauty parlour for daugher in law and Already a suit is pending in high court of haryana for forfeiture of tenancy by denying the title of landlord (as owner father died and 4 sons orally divide) although both lower courts were in favour of tenant that tenant had never denied. My question: 1. what are the pleas being a tenant we can take. 2. Does doctrine of res sub judice is better toll for tenant 3. Whether daughter in law will be counted as dependent. 4. Owner having 4 more shops in same building but not on groud floor, is suffice to save tenant Regards, Amit Arora Haryana

sir i am chakravarthy (23) from A.P my father's business was lemon exporting my father gave 2 lakh to a farmer he signed on promissory note the farmer gave 70 thousand rupees in the form of lemon to our shop but from last 6 months he is not responding. My father died of heart stroke last month. how can i recover my balance money legally. 1.The promissory note has no date or rate of interest noted on it. 2.only the farmers sign on a stamp is on the promissory note. 3.I have 2 notes with the sign of the farmer. please help me
