Hallo sir, I am amol b wankhede, I hv purchased a new flat in shirwal tal kgandala dist satara maharashtra, agreement done with builder in dec 2012. i filled 5% stamp duty at agreement time,,now builder says to me that give the cheque of stax and vat amount its stax 3.09% and vat is 1% on amount of agreement of flat..in agreement my flat amount is 9,50,000/- is it my work to fill this..please give me suggestion,wht can i do now,,,.

Hi there, My aunt pays very high income taxes as she has a lot of rental properties and investments in FDs in Bangalore. She is quite elderly and wants me to handle all of her portfolio of investments. I am not sure what needs to be done regarding her taxes and was probably thinking of setting up a trust in her name. This may help her save on taxes and probably will give us a clearly idea of how her investments are performing. Could you kindly guide me. Thanks and regards.

Respeced Makkad Saheb In March 2013 I posted my querry on LCOI.com. You were kind enough to give your opinion on the issue. My daughter filed u/s 9 HMA and u/s 125 Cr P.C petitions in Fbd district court. In Lok Adalat which was organised on 23.11.13 she has withdrawn her above two petitions as her husband agreed to take her to her matrimonial home within a week (say by 29.11.13). I and my daughter seek your opinion on the following:- 1. The ikrarnama which was signed by my daughter and her husband for mutual divorce stand null and void or still in force? 2. Can her husband go to Court to seek divorce from her on the basis of above ikrarnama? Sir, please suggest at the earliest. Thanks & personal regards to you. BM Oberai

I had Started up with a business ( Sales unit for A MNC company) Now the sitiation is i have to shut down due to unfortunate circumstance in 35 days . The issue is i Could not arrange for the expected funds . I had recri=uited Staff 6 Employees . The staff used to Report to office but has had no productive operations . I informed the staff that i will be shutting down and will be paying their salaries . Each one of them are creating a Neuicense . I gave them a PDC .just to avoid a sitiation . The day passed off . i still am not able to Arrange for the money I do not want to be unethical . but this is a genuine business loss .Some are threathing to raise a police complain and some are tryingto creat local political pressure . I do not wish to escape the pay , as i feel it was my mistake for non arrangement of funds , I just wish to buy some time and pay them . What is the legal procedure to get out of this situation. Who should i consult - I have not given them a offer letter or any other document .But it has become embarrassing .Please help me if i can get one month time to arrange for the money . I am continuously being harassed and threatened .they are also kind of involving unnecessary people .
