    Hello sir i m Vinay from Bhilai, I got an ex-parte divorce on Aug 2010. Thereafter she put set a side application for ex-parte decree and that was dismissed by Family court. after 3 months i got the high court notice on 2012 but before that i got married and after two year high court allowed her set a side application. Now sir could u help me and tell if my second marriage null and void even after her set a side application was once dismissed.

    Hello Sir, I have a case regarding my father's post classification as it is concerned in obtaining O.B.C certificate. Sons and daughters of class 1 officers are not entitled to get O.B.C benefit.If a father gets into class1 direct recruit before forty same criteria applies. My father's case : He was recruited as Medical officer in class 2 . He gets the same rank till he is 45 years old.But his pay scale had increased to class 1 due to various pay revisions. Will his post classification be considered as class1 when he is 45 years old ? plz help me out.
