Sir, Can you pls let me know, if a armed forces person dismissed from service through court martial and his first appeal to COAS also been dismissed and now after one year he wants to file a case against verdict. Under which section he can file a suit after expiry of approx 1.6 year.

Sir can you please help me in this regard: Will dated 1993, testator died in 1995....probate petition filed in 2009 problem:-1) Both the attesting witness died, thus they could not be examined-none could get examined to proof the signature of deceased attesting witnesses- only scribe is examined.execution of will is denied-one of the contesting opposite party who happens to be the son of deceased testator denied the signature of his father in the will. Will non proving of attesting witnesses in any manner be fatal?? The will appointed “A” as executor of the will.......during pendency of the proceeding executor died.....his legal heirs substituted....there is no recital consequent to death of sole executor. Now the question is whether substituted heirs has any right to proceed with the case.

Sir, I am working as an indenting agent of raw materials for paper mills. Recently I have struck a deal between an Indian Paper Mill and a supplier in USA. The good was worth USD 30,000 and the supplier has supplied inferior material which is completely unusable to the paper mill. Now the supplier is not remitting the claim amount even after accepting that inferior material was supplied. Can the paper mill file a legal case on me when the paper mill files an international case against the supplier. I have not entered any legal agreement with the supplier or the buyer except the Indent letter (with all details of the supplier and to open the LC) to the buyer and they are now claiming the amount from me. Your expert comment would be highly appreciated.
