    Sir, I am writing this post with the hope of reply. I have been working in a PSU for last 5 years. I applied for a group B post in Ministry. The applications were called by Staff Selection Commission (SSC). As per requirement,I intimated my department of my applying to SSC and they also issued me experience certificate. Selection was made by SSC through interview only and I have been selected for the post. My present basic pay is rs. 21,200/- and my basic pay in the ministry would be rs. 17,140/-, if not protected. Sir, I would be greatful if you advise me as to (1) under which rule I can have the right to get my present pay protected? AND (2) can perks available in the PSUs be also protected in the central govt. job? Sir, Kindly guide and advice. Thanks regards Rakesh.

    Kindly let me know the Rules to be followed in make the WILL of the Property. Can the Ancestral Property WILLed? The WILL does not contain the details of the share to be divided by the children. Is it Valid? The WILL is not Probated? The Property is in Bangalore whereas the Testator has executed the document in Chennai? The Testator say in the WILL that the Testator's Mother had purchased which is Wrong comparing with the Sale Deed?

    Hi all, My query is that my grandfather A had agriculture land of 16 acre.All land on his name only(single owner). He has total 5 children(2 son and 3 daughter).His eldest daughter was died in 1980 only and had nothing from her family alive till date. Now mine grandfather then transferred his entire land on name of his two children A1 and A2 in 1982. He not added his daughters name in 7/12 Utara and all legal stuffs. As my father was eldest in family did lot for entire family done marriages for all his siblings and built up house for entire family and done lot for sister and brothers. My grandfather died in 2005 after 23 yrs (when he had named his children on his property). Now my fathers sisters B1 and B2 want their rights on this property they have not discuss anything on this and send notice from advocate to my father and his brother(uncle). I would like to know if their name was not on any legal document(not on 7/12),so my father has to give any share to them. My father is very calm and silent person so they are making fool to him telling he need to give them share and they tourchering my mother for same she now had 2 seviour attack because of this please advice me for same. I want to help my father. Both their daughter had very bad character image and no one respect them in village.My uncle also taking their side so they will get extra share from sisters. My father solve all lands from landlord which grandfather was kept on hypothecation conditions.please advise on same

    i and my family own a piece and parcel of land in gujrat total area is 1 acre we in 2008 sold part of the land to the other people via registered deed but the 7/12 extract is still in our name then in 2013 all the people approache us to cancell the said deed and they surrendered the said deed with us and allowed us to sell the whole land to any body then on june 15 2013 we entered in to mou with the builder for sale of the said land butthe builder failed to obey the conditions mentioned in the mou and then we decided to cancell the said mou by sending legal notice via advocate and issuing public notice but on receving the legal notice builder started harassing us that they will file fir aginst us under section 420 of ipc we sought explanatin they said that we have already sold the land to other people also thats why but we had already informed him about that before signing the mou and now he is taking the advantage and harassing us pls help me and guide me now what to do even i had told them to take there all money back from me
