sir, I avinash p jaiswal want to ask that sir my father purshottam jaiswal was a government servant in Mumbai port Trust.he got paralysed on duty in year 2004 as after he took voluntary retirment. as i said he was paralysed on duty so can i claim for job for me. as i was small and i din't have idea at that time to claim for job . my relatives a others told me for claiming for job in MBPT. So can i claim for job now or can i file a case against MBPT. Please Help me. your advice would be very much helpful for us.

I have booked a flat and indenture recording an agreement was executed on 12/05/12. There are five blocks in the project. The construction of my block was started around November 2013. Now in my block the builder have completed half portion. The place where my flat stands the builder have completed foundation only. On approaching him for signature on Tripartite agreement the builder is asking for 50% payment of the cost of the flat.As per agreement I have paid 20% of the total amount at the time of execution of indenture recording an agreement. Now as per agreement I have to pay 10% of the balance amount on completion of foundation, but the builder is asking for 50% of the amount due. The bank has also sanctioned my loan and on talking to the bank the bank is not agree to do 50% payment. The builder is asking me to cancel the agreement which I do not want. He also refused to sign tripartite agreement with bank. He has not given anything in writing regarding the 50% payment. Pl. advice what can I do in this case.

Dear Sir, I have been acquitted in a 498a case from Rohatk Court.Now the other party has filed an appeal in seessions court.How can i take bail from sessions court since I dont know any local person of Rohtak.

My brother is the owner of a company at haridwar, who purchased a property from SIDCUL (State Infrastructure and Industrial Development Corporation of Uttaranchal) on dated 27 Nov. 2009 via lease deed for 90 years. Now an Amin from Tehsil comes at the site / factory of my brother and shows a Recovery Certificate issued by Tehsildar Office for recovering an amount of about 3 lac + others + interest which is in the name of some other company for the AY 2008-2009 of Sales Tax Department. On investigation from sales tax department it was found that the previous company existed there, this was the recovery of that company not of my brothers company. But the amin is harassing us to recover the dues. He has already taken some amount against said RC against receipt. What should I do. Can we go for Stay suit against the said Recovery in the civil court and what about the notice of Sec. 80 CPC and whether the court will award the stay in our favour with an application U/s. 80 (2) CPC without given 80 CPC notice. please help because we have to take some serious action on coming Monday 26th. May.
