    Hi this is Viji , Me and Husband are facing some issues .He wants me to give divorce . The issues are mainly due to sister-in-law and mother-in-law . I have a four year old daughter . My Husband stays in Bangalore and im staying in Chennai . he hasnt come to meet his daughter for more than 8 months . I dont want to give divorce for him . He has sold the property which has been bought after marriage to his friend who is an MLA relative. But i am the coapplicant for the loan in the bank.He has closed the loan but he could not get the document since i need to go what can i do further . Do i need to file a case or wait for hi, to apply?

    Hi, I would like your suggestion with my problem which is been struck my life. Our Family had a property in Madikeri (Karnataka, its in the name of my Father who is dead, Recently my Mother passed away . We are 3 children's and 2 Daughters and me as one son. Out of my two sisters one is deceased and other one is married and settled in USA. She is refusing to come back to India and clarify this problem as I am alone here its very tuf for my present life to settled down as I am married recently. Is there any suggestion of me selling that property in Madikeri without my Sisters approval? Please advice. Thanks, Hemanth
