Hi Sir, i am Indian citizen and my husband has acquired australian citizenship (before he was also indian). My baby was born in Australia and that's why she is also Australian. But we've been living in India for more than a year now. Here, i want to know if we go for divorce,can i contest for child custody. What are the chances for me. She is just under 4 yrs. Secondly, if her nationality is a problem to get me my baby, what is the process of making her citizen of india like me, of course, without my husband's consent. please advice. Thnx

One of my tenant who had taken one shop room against monthly rent at ground floor of my residential house ( vide one Notary rent agreement with my earlier house owner in the year of 2008) and the shop room in having approximate area of 120 sqft. Later on I purchased the house from earlier house owner along with tenanted part. Recently ( March’2014) I found that part of the shop room is as one garage in urgently needed for my own use hence I filed ejectment suit at Presidency small causes court at kolkata. As per said notary agreement the person is not having any right/provision for Toilet/latrine/ water closet/ Privy etc. But now he has threaten me to occupy my ground floor Toilet/ Latrine and water closet by force and by means of bribing to local police station as he is a bona fide tenant ( having rent receipt till Dec’13 and thereafter depositing rent at Presidency S.C.C. court since March’2014 ) and accessing Toilet and water closet is his basis right. Needless to say that till date he has got no access/ right/ provision for Latrine / Toilet/ water closet. Since Notary agreement has got little impact kindly advice me how can i protect my property by means of legal proactive measure so that he cannot forcefully occupy and put a lock and key in my Ground floor Toilet/ Latrine/ Water Closet.

Dear sir , I own a flat ... Got possession in 2008 and also got possession letter same day . My property is registered also . It's a deed of conveyance . And we thought all papers are ok. few days back we applied for home renovation loan ... And was told they need maps .. Approved maps .. By authority ... We came to know that certificate of occupancy is missing and when asked... Builder representative replied .. He need 50000/- for that ... Without any receipt or record ... what to do now can anyone suggest plz ... Help me as I tried to learn there is Punjab apartment act 1995 which says it is necessary to give OC before possession ... plz hepl in this regard

Hi this is Viji , Me and Husband are facing some issues .He wants me to give divorce . The issues are mainly due to sister-in-law and mother-in-law . I have a four year old daughter . My Husband stays in Bangalore and im staying in Chennai . he hasnt come to meet his daughter for more than 8 months . I dont want to give divorce for him . He has sold the property which has been bought after marriage to his friend who is an MLA relative. But i am the coapplicant for the loan in the bank.He has closed the loan but he could not get the document since i need to go what can i do further . Do i need to file a case or wait for hi, to apply?
