    Hi Sir, I had taken membership in a family club , wherein my father is the Main Owner and entire family have received the Lifetime Membership in the club, later on the club in which we had taken the membership was takenover by some other club and the holding club has changed the rules and regulation for the validity of the membership of dependant members. So as per their rules since i have completed 18 years , i have to take new membership. But all this changes in policy was not been informed to us by them. Infact we have received letters for various offers but we have not received any letters or Notice regarding changes in rules .Can i take any step against them? I Have Agreement with me various letters received from them.

    I am a geologist working in Geological Survey of India, Ranchi. By an order(issued in July 2013) I have been transfered to Kochi with effect from 1-10-2013. I also received a letter (on August 2013) from Head of Office that I will be released after completing the official work. But my transfer has deferred in October 2013, pertaining to submission of an official report. The report was submitted in November 2013. But again my transfer has deferred till further order. Is this order is valid? Can I join my new office at Kochi with the letter issued by head of office?. Please reply me I also received different amount of salay in each month for the last four years. What I should do recover my lost money with interest?

    Sir/Mdam I am a geologist working in Geological Survey of India, Ranchi. Except me all others in my office got their salary for May 2014. Already given complaint regarding this to concerned ministry and other higher authorities. I received salary for May 2014 only on 24-6-2014. Due to some problem in office (mental harassment) I was on leave from 3-10-2014 to 5-5-2014. Till january 2014 I have leave and after that EOL. I have joined service on 1-10-2010. By an order I have been transfered to Kochi with effect from 1-10-2013. I also received a letter (on August 2013) from Head of Office that I will be released after completing the official work. But my transfer has deferred pertaining to submission of an official report. The report was submitted in November 2013. But again my transfer has deferred till further order. This I have also conveyed to concerned ministry. What does it mean? Why my salary delyed? When I will get a release order? what I should do? Kindly reply me. Thank you

    In a case two sisters were married to two brothers. Within a week from the date of marriage they started complaining that scooter was not given to them in dowry. The elder sisters was slapped by her husband , both sisters were not given food in the evening. Both the brothers returned home late at night in an inebriated condition, the elder brother hurled vulgar language on the petitioners (sisters ) their father. The elder sister was given beating on the seventh day of marriage they left for their parent’s house , when they were leaving , they were threatened by the respondent not to disclose the treatment they were given, otherwise they would suffer the consequences when they came back. Dissolution of marriage was sought on the ground of cruelty. Discuss the case and state whether the marriage may be dissolved on the ground of cruelty ?

    sir one of my friend got married to a girl 3 years ago whose age at the time of marriage was 16 years as per high school certificate but girls father (central government employee) service record shows her age 22 years at that time....so my question is how he can register his marriage to obtain a certificate....which certificate needs to be submitted for registration...high school certificate or service record copy
