    Sir, I with family live at New Delhi. Last year in June, 2013, my sister was married to resident of Pithoragarh (Uttrakhand). Since then, she has been facing domestic violence by her husband and in laws. She made complaint to local police station and police warned her husband and in laws to not to commit violence but all in vain as there is no improvement in them. Due to harassment by her husband and in laws, my sister she has come Delhi at maternal home. Since there is no body who can look after her at Uttrakhand, we intend to approach Women Cell, of New Delhi to file application under Domestic violence to get justice. It is therefore requested that it may be clarified as to whether my sister can file the application/complaint under Domestic violence before the Women Cell or Court of Delhi instead of Uttrakhand state. Please clarify.

BUILDER ASKING ME TO TAKE POSSESSION. AND HE IS ALSO ASKING FOR SERVICE TAX. I WANTED TO DO REGISTRATION , BUT BUILDER CANNOT DO THE REGISTRATION OF ANY FLAT NOW, DUE TO SOME LITIGATION . 1. CAN I TAKE THE POSSESSION , WITHOUT GIVING SERVICE TAX? I WANT TO GIVE THE SERVICE TAX AND REST 10% OF FLAT AGREEMENT VALUE ONLY DURING REGISTRATION. BECAUSE IF BEYOND 15 JANUARY 2015, HE IS NOT ABLE TO REGISTRY MY FLAT - THEN I WANT CANCEL MY AGREEMENT. 2. IF I TAKE THE POSSESSION , WITHOUT GIVING SERVICE TAX, ....... BUT IF BEYOND 15 JANUARY 2015, HE IS NOT ABLE TO REGISTRY MY FLAT, AND I CANCEL MY AGREEMENT,..... THEN CAN I GET THE SERVICE TAX AMOUNT BACK?

    Dear sir, My friend started working in a Engineering and Management college in UP as Assistant Professor since 15 Aug 2013 (interview held in July 2013). No appointment letter was given. He was a law graduate also and applied for registration to Bar Council of UP in December 2013 but received registration no. only in May 2014.He took long leave from Institute on 15 May 2014. His salary for the month of April-May 2014 is still pending and Director after several reminders is not ready to give neither salary nor experience letter but gives more time ( now saying salary will be given in September but all employees cleared their due except my friend).What should he do? He want's to practice in local court but not registered with Bar Association so far. Should he resign or wait to get his amount before registration with Bar Association? Plz help

    Kindly help me out in this matter. My metarnal grandfather is farmer in village from 1950 to 1985 because I have 7/12 of that land and as per that record he is farmer till 1985. On that land our Farmer name is Hanu Mavshang. This Property actually belongs to My metarnal grandfather's father because we have 7/12 from 1913-1918, so it is a parental property for my metarnal grandfather. In this 7/12 some no. are reflecting which are related to notification of that land. 207 - Himatlal, Vrajlal and Amrutlal Ambashankar are main A/c Holder. 2117 - Tank Hanubhai Mavshang Himatlal, Vrajlal and Amrutlal Ambashankar. (This note is for issue new survey no. or you can say that replacing old survey no.) 2286 - Nagji Hanubhai buy the land from Himatlal, Vrajlal and Amrutlal Ambashankar (In above not - They are not mention Dastavej Doc. No. and any other details. Even though I get the dastavej but it is in the name of buyer's father and talati directly involve his son name instead of father. One more thing Dastavej is not including all the people sign, it's include on Himatlal Ambashankar Sign remaining 2 people sign is not in the dastavej.) Here, I am giving you no. and it's content. I have document 7/12 - From 1950 to 1986. (Reflacting our name 1950-1985) Dastavej (Sale deed) - Copy ( It's done in 1957 and its effect came in 1985 but dastavej content only one person sign but A/c holders are 3 person.) Tippan - Map or sketch of the land. Survey Report - Copy What other documents I required to prove my self as a farmer or reopen my a/c as a farmer. Pleas help me out in this matter.     Respected Sir, Thank you fro your time, i have left this inquiry in the general form but couldnt get any answer, please sir i am in a very troubled state of mind kindly help me with this query.Dear Sir abouta month back my commercial vehicle hit a pedestrian from Bihar as he was crossing the road. Later took him to the hospital and treated him for few days. The injured ( Fracture in one bone). Police registered the case and my driver was arrested and later released on bail. I have already released my vehicle. chargesheet has been filled in the court. Now i am receiving threatening calls from some person claiming to be the lawyer of the injured. He has even sent a without prejudice notice in my favor asking for 6 lacks as compensation. i was not worried as i was told that the insurance company will take care of the claim if any arises. but today i found out that my driver has two licences one a fake commercial licence. and one genuine L.M.V. licence almost 3 years old. I dont know what should i do now. shall i bow or is there anyway any law which can spare me from paying any compensation if arises. Further i need to know can the injured / advocate file a case in his home state for the compensation and if he does will that mean that i have to go to his home state to defend the case. Thank You,
