I have joined as Lower division clerk in 1979 and obtained obc certificate and non creamy layer certificate from karnataka govt.1996.i am married and now stays at Mumbai. My husband is retired 3 years before. I am only the earning member of my family. I would like to apply for upper post in my office and needs obc latest non creamy layer certificate. My income limit is 5 lakhs . Can I get my obc non creamy layer certificate from maharashtra govt or karnataka govt. Karnataka govt had denied to give the certificate. Please advise me. What are the documents i need to submit to get the certificate. Regards

I came across a temple at Anekal where a local counselor illegally stopping the temple construction activities and have placed a hoarding stating that it is his property thereby rounding of the temple trust Katha and threatening them (Trust Members) to transfer the properties on his name. In spite of having permanent injunction and high court orders no legal protection is given to the trust members.Please suggest the procedures to file a case on the local counselor.

Sir, There is 3000 sq feet land in Lucknow registered by my father's name. My father signed a general POA to a person X in 1998. In the same year Mr. X sold half of the land i.e. 1500 sq feet and also Mr. X signed an AGREEMENT TO SALE the rest land 1500 sq feet to a person Mr. Y. When we got to know we firstly cancel the POA. Now Mr Y is claiming on whole land. but we are refusing to give the whole. We are accepting that 1500 sq feet is registered to his name, So we are bound to give it, but can we get the left 1500 sq feet, which was only an agreement not any registered agreement?
