Sir,If wife is not gud in character and suit a case against husband to demand property by taking help of police.Then how to overcome from this problems?Now she registered a case against husband.Husband has filed a case of divorce before few month.husband doesn't have any documentary proof of characterless of her wife.What could be the possible way to over come from this?

Respected Sir, In the year my father wask given voluntary retirement on medical invalidation grounds by the Director General in the year 1992 and my father was relieved in the month of April, 1992. After my father's voluntary retiremed on medical grounds i was not offered compassionate appointment and i was offered casual group-D daily paid workers on a daily wages of Rs.17-80 paise only on 21.5.1992 and at that time i having intermediate qualifications, joind B.Com degree course through Evening College and appearing for the Lower English typewriting examination in the month of june and july, 1992 i have accepted daily wage because there is no other go for me to survive in this great distrss period and the entire family members burden shoulders on me... the administrative officials orally promised me to give ldc typist post after i submit the lower english typewriting certificate and when i submit the same they asked me orally to submit higher and i submit the higher enligh typewriting certifing in the year 1993 but they denied to give me the ldc typist post as they orally promised. Sir, they appointed one candidate on compassionate appointment in the year 1992 who has xth class certificate as ldc typist post and given two year time to acquire the technical qualification and this facility was not extended to me by the authorities. i came to know that by giving voluntary retirement to my father he ordered to appoint of the adult member in the family who has necessary qualifcation for Class IV job. in my case neith i was given regular group D post nor ldc typist post nor extended the benefit of two years time to acquire the technical qualification as given in the case of another candidate..... Sir, in the year they advertised the some ldc typist post through employment and with circular and i compete with other and got selected but where as i as given initially 6 months adhoc appointment as ldc typist on a regular scale as prescribed to the post and the other higher authorities candidates were regularised as ldc typist and when my father and i questioned the authorities with politely and theire is no reply from the admn. authorities and they discontinued my service as ldc typist form 31.1.1996 and again with great difficulty i again entered in to the organisation after a year gap and they appointed me in the project and i continued to work as entire family responsibility on my shoulder Sir. Again inthe year 2002 June, i was offered the compassioante appointment by taking in consideration of my father's voluntarily retirement case and sir here i want to mention that with malafide intention my case was not allowed to dealth properly by the then assistant registrar (establishment) and due this i was in total loss of monetary benefit, service, Career advancement scheme and promotion etc., and our office adopted the MACP schdeme in the year 2008 august and i was given MACP 1st financial upgradation from 10.6.2012 from the Grade Pay of Rs.1900 to Rs.2000 (instead of Rs.2400 grade pay which is on promotional post hierarchy). Due earlier 10 years service loss done to me by admn. authorities and know 10 years loss to due to implementation of MACP scheme. I have purusing my case again from 2011 to put my compassionate appointment from the date of acquiring the technical qualification to the prescribed post of ldc typist from 1992 or from 31st july, 1995 when i was offered ldc typist temp. appointment on regular scale and so i have not received any reply from the office and still pursuing my case and some of my colleagues are advising me to go to court and also then then assistant registrar and presently assistant registrar when ever i am requesting him to consider my case of as i mentioned above he told me to go to court and get the directions then only he put up my case for consideration Sir. I am common man with low paid income. if i get my earlier service as denied by the admn. authorities wantedly in my case it complete admn. fault and if they considered my earlier serive i will get Rs.2400 grade pay as old ACP scheme of 12 years and then Rs.2400 Grade pay as per the 20 years service under MACP schme. Sir my case is a genuine case. Sir gives your valuable comments on this issue.

hello sir, please advice if the applicant during the pend ency of the revision against termination order here superior authority the applicant had died... after the died of applicant appointing(superior ) authority pass termination order and order challenge in high court ..if the termination order quash after 7 years by high court ..then compassionate appointment time period count or not? bcoz at that time applicant was not in service he was terminate..here dying in harness rules apply or not during the termination of service.
