sir its also about inter-cast relation between us.She faces problems in her family and dont want to live there but now she is 17 yrs old. its a great problem with me coz she faces daily quarral, beating by her mom and her father is in jail so her uncle is managing at her home but she dont want to live there even that she has already tried to commit suicide but saved any how ...she will really die if i don't help her....she just wanna to live with me n definitely i can care for her.....she tried to complaint against her family n reached at police station but her family have any approach in police and matter is closed but she is in contact vd me but she is also in my family relatives....i just wanna to save her...plz suggest me if there is any solution

I belong to Bania & my wife belongs to Brahman(both are general caste). An arrange marriage was done after decision of both family. My question is, Can my wife purchase a land in her name mentioning her caste i.e Brahman or in my caste i.e Bania? Please answer me sir?

Dear Sir, I am feeling mental stress, plz suggest me. I am an employee of a state govt. aided primary school from last few years. recently some months ago I am applied for an another post of State Govt through advertise of PSC, During form fill up 1. where in a column (a question ,are u a govt servant, state yes or no ? ), I had answered No, (because of my present service is govt aided not a full govt.) 2.Have you any time been employed, if yes write details, here I just write the subjected post required experienced related job details, not mentioned the primary service. 3.At the end of application form *marked note-only for the candidate serving under Govt./Govt undertaking/statutory body have to informed his head office/department in written you applying for this post (not mentioning for getting NOC from present employer). After getting the admit card for exam (from PSC) I had informed/intimated my department through proper channel prior to sited in the exam. I am sited in the exam and later stage viva is completed. Hoping a positive result. I feel tension that before new appointment, Police Verification Report (PVR) on character and antecedent is obtain and there I see a column to give details of previous employment. I am confused what I write there.. plz suggest..sir.

Sir,If wife is not gud in character and suit a case against husband to demand property by taking help of police.Then how to overcome from this problems?Now she registered a case against husband.Husband has filed a case of divorce before few month.husband doesn't have any documentary proof of characterless of her wife.What could be the possible way to over come from this?
