Sir , As regards my promotion in Government Job , I am not having pending of any departmental proceeding , any charge sheet and having availbility of 5 consecutive effective CCRs for due promotions , 25 Years of experience not yet promoted ,now there is a scheme by which juniors are superseding , because of pending of GR case Juniors superseded me,superseded by three Ranks , now the GR Case against a Police Case is under stay by High Court Cuttack , I am not yet convicted . In stay order the appointment Authority is not a party too. Shall I get a promotion or it shall be under discreationary power of A IAS officer/DPC.

dear respected sir, myself elder daughter(48) mymother (70),sister(37) brother (45) late father. the case was running for 10 years and our lawyers was not responding correctly he use to say iwill look after it you dont bother so we kept quite and also we dont know anything about law.even my brother is supporting to tenant and he is abscand from past 7yrs and my mother stays alone. the tenant has all support from politics, rowdeys etc. he tortures a lot not giving rent from past 10 yrs & he is not allowing my mother to stay in that house due to dis she fell ill. we r afraid of him, our advocate says he has bribed the lawyers and judges to get the judgement in favour of him and now the judgement is on his side and also issued the position order also. sir pls help us what to do further to get justice as we dont have any source and made commitment to pay fees etc. sir if u give us the gmail we will send the copy of judgement for ur reference. sir i will send u the details of this case later. my gmail is (gangambika21@gmail.com) sir i am awaiting for ur quick reply as we r in critical condition pls reply me fast sir.

NOW MY MOTHER IS TOTALLY UPSET BECAUSE OF HIS BEHAVIOUR ,EVEN SHE IS NOT EATING. IF MY UNCLE IS ASKING SOME MONEY ,NO PROBLEM WE WILL HELP ...BUT HE IS CHEATING MY MOTHER WHICH CANNOT BE ACCEPTED..EVEN LITTLE BIT OF RICE ALSO HE WILL NOT GIVE TO US...HE ENJOYED TOTALLY. HE IS TELLING THAT THE UNREGISTERED LAND IS BELONGING TO HIM. CAN ANY BODY ADVICE ME HOW TO GET THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT?.HOW TO PREVENT HIM IN DOING FURTHER HARM TO OUR LAND. Dear. my property is renta. approx 2 year and party is not retain my property.hi is not give my property. and all so state my property.my property agreement is fines . we have not renewal. and hi is go court and suit file.and is till court .i have no other opposition. is sa court give sum time that i will retain this property.and same part is give my second property 3 (year) rent agreement. and 2(years) GEB minimum light bill.agreement to GEB. and is not pay my rent and minimum bill, after approx 6 month. we have give three notes . so pl give any advise and related judgement. pl help me.
