dear sir my hindu cousin and muslim girl was want to marry in 2009 they were go to kali mata mandir and taken snaps of each other. In the snaps my cousin put sindor and var mala in her head . NO hawan was done. after that day they left each other due to parents pressure. my question is is this marriage valid or not

Sir, If a govt. employee establish by the enquiry authority and reported that his cast certificate produce during the time of recruitment/appoint is not genuine.Accordingly the appointing authority has been terminated him from service. That, The candidate originally belongs to SC category but obtain ST category certificate. That, whether he is illegible to applied for further new service or not ?.if illegible,then in SC category or General category he is illegible. That, can he illegible to get his original cast certificate SC category ?. Sir kindly advice me the legal procedure how it will be solve. After termination from service can the appointing authority refer to any judicial proceeding or lodge any FIR against him for incorrect certificate.If so what the solution.

In Diciplinary action fine imposed of rs 50000 employee challanges the order to Industrial court, Hon'ble court granted status quo .The employee will retires on 31/10/2014 can department retain the Punishment amount till disposal of case ,whether there will any contempt?Please reply immidiately

question on probation period in govt job respected sir i want to know detail about probation and police verifacation in govt psu job at time of joining. my problem is that i joined a psu as executive engineer on the basis of interview. after 6 yrs of mgt of psu chargesheeted me of GIVING FALSE EXPERIENCE CERTIFACATE. during departmental enquiry my previous employer deposed that he has given certificate. and by RTI application it is proved that firm exist and has worked on various works but my psu mgt is now saying what is proof that i worked in that firm..my employer told them that after police verifaction he destroyed all documents.. plz advice me what i shd do
