    Dear Sir, My sister got married to my brother-in-law in 2008 and they were blessed with baby boy on 2012 and my sister commited suicide on November 2013 due to harassment from my brother-in-law and after death he told that he will see the maintenance of the child and give share of his property to the child,but now he is rejecting to give maintainance for child and share in his property and he wants to proceed for DNA tests,How we can proceed on this,Is my newphew is not eligable for his rights.     dear sir my hindu cousin and muslim girl was want to marry in 2009 they were go to kali mata mandir and taken snaps of each other. In the snaps my cousin put sindor and var mala in her head . NO hawan was done. after that day they left each other due to parents pressure. my question is is this marriage valid or not
