Dear Mr.Raj Kumar, I have some of the queries regarding divorce. Request your inputs on the same 1.Can someone get divorce after one month of marraiage. 2.If yes what is the duration for spearation. 3.Is there any document call MOU or Deed of Divorce, where both parties can sign (with the mutual consent) and take the divorce. 4.If yes whether above mentioned documents are legally approved, what legal wehitage this docs has? 5.If we go for MOE or DOD, can any party put claims in future on each other? Help me please. i am in trouble. i need a advice. i dont have too much money to spend in court.. Actually we have shifted to a new rental house in chennai. At the beginning they said us to pay 30000rs as advance(security deposit) and 5000rs as rent per month. So that they have prepared a document like that for 11months. After 14months they are asking us to pay 500rs extra per month. We agreed for that.. But problem is that we cant pay that extra money due to some finanical so planned to shift from that house. So that we informed him, as we are vacating our house by this month end so kindly return back our advance. But he is saying that i wont give ur money. You people cheated us, i thought u will be there for more than 2years so that only i gave my house for 5000rs, if not so 6000rs only. So u peoples have give that remaining money for that 14months i.e 14000rs. He is saying that i will take that money from your security deposit. This is really hurting us, we are not so wealthy. We cant even pay 500rs extra per month so only we planned to vacate but now they are cheating us! Please clear me what to do?

sir dear , mainne mandir main shadi ki hai aur uska registration bhi kar waliya hai tahesil se certificate bhi or arya samaj mandir ka bhi certificate hai. par mujhey ab bhi dar hai ki ladki ke ghar wale mujhey aur meri wife or mere ghar walo par kuch kar na de is liye mai allahabad high court se police protection chata hun isliye.pls mujhey kio bata de ki police prtection lane ke liye mujhey kya karna hoga aur is main kitna kharch ayega .aur hum dono ki intercaste marriage hai .both are hindu.meri bibi abhi bhi apne ghar rah rahi hai or uske gharwalo ko nahi pata ki hamne shadi kar li hai.
