Dear Professional Members One of my friend was working with an MNC as International Sales Manager. He worked with that company for 2.5 years. He resigned one month back. But the Company's Director didn’t want to let him go as the company will suffer business loss due to his resignation. After many ifs’ & buts’ he finally resigned and his resignation was accepted by the Director and clear off full & final dues from the Company. Now the Company's Director want to investigate the reimbursement of expenses taken by him during his employment period. Although it's a part of his salary package. Director start checking out each & every Travelling Bills, Conveyance Bills, Hotels Bills, Telephone Bills, Food Bills, Medical Bills, etc claimed by him as reimbursement from the company. If any fake bill was submitted & found during that investigation, the director will sue him for Fraud. As discussed with him (My Friend), he told me that during his employment period he submitted all bills correctly (original copy) EXCEPT Medical Bills (For medicines). He submitted fake Medical Bills including a fake VAT number on it total of Rs.8000 (Approx) during the period of his employment and usually other employees were also doing the same practice in the company. NOW MY QUESTION IS : WHAT ARE THE LEGAL ACTIONS CAN BE TAKEN BY THE DIRECTOR AGAINST HIM? WHAT PENALTIES & PROSECUTION HE CAN FACE UNDER LAW? HOW CAN HE SAVE HIMSELF FROM THIS?

atul says : Construction of Shamshan Ghat in Residential Area
Sir, The municipal corporation is going to construct a shamshan ghat within the residential area. The land where the said shamshan ghat is proposed is a govt. land. But as the city developed and the area of village is now comprised in the municipal corporation, the district collector sanctioned a flat scheme near the said govt. land which was reserved long years before for buring the dead bodies. But there were never burned the dead bodies. Now the Municipal Corporation and the MLA of the area is going to construct a shamshan ghat on the said land. A residential building is very closed to the proposed land. A well-known school is situated on the way to proposed land and some other educational institutions are going to construct very closed to the proposed shamshan ghat. Further, there is a only single way to reach the school and the proposed shamshan ghat which goes from the residential area of village. In this situation can we take a legal stand against the proposed shamshan ghat? What we have to do! pl. help us. Regards.

My company [CSC Pvt ltd Thane] forced me to resign by giving false reason and taken a wrong action across just because i have escalated my this year's appraisal (work evaluation) to top management.. They have not provided me official reason of this redundancy process in mail or on paper. According to them i was on bench from last 6-8 months and my skill sets were not matching to any existing job profiles.. I have gone through a very tense and mental harassment during this process and also took medicines.. Due to this immediate resign and release; i have faced lots of issues to get job and gone through bad phase in terms of social, personal & professional level... Please go through attached document and let me know can i get at least authentic,valid & legal reason of this redundancy process on paper and why CSC has thrown me & my family in such mentally/psychologically pressurized and harassed situation or apologize from CSC and compensation for this wrong behavior towards me.. I am sharing these document for legal advice and how to proceed further to get justice... Please help and provide the advocate in Thane location..

Respected sir My parents are married for about 30 yrs. Out of the wedlock of them 2 children were born, me and my sister. I am about 26 yrs old and my sister is about 21 yrs old, and our education is going on, and both of us are unmarried. My father was director of a central govt. medical college and recently retired from service and gets a pension of about 60000rs. My mother is class 12 pass. We have a house which is joint property of my father and mother. My mother is a housewife and until now is residing in the said house. My father built the house from his own income and taking loan from the bank(the loan has been paid in full). For last 10 yrs my mother has led her life in adultery with various persons of which me and my sister are eyewitness. My parents have no physical relation for past 10 yrs. But we all live in the said house. Me and my sister want to stay with my father if finally separation takes place. Recently my father has filed a divorce case under adultery,cruelty and desertion. After that my mother has filed a case for inter rim maintenance under section 24 of HMA, and requesting the court to pay her 26000rs per month and 60000rs one time for litigation expenses. My questions are- 1. What may be the approx amount my father has to pay her as inter rim maintenance? 2. What is the approx amount of time to solve the whole matter? 3. After the case is solved is there any chance that my father has to pay maintenance to her? 4. Is there any provision in law where major children can file a case against their adulterious mother on ground of cruelty? PLS HELP

Sir, I need your help on the following. my wife filed 125 (3)application, i attend the matter and submit my application to reject the recovery application filed by wife on the concrete ground that she filed a false case of 498a against me and my old parents. In support of my sound evidence i had submitted 1] case No. 226 of 2002 of H.C. Bombay bench Aurangabad, in that it is mentioned, no proof of cruelty leads to no maintenance to wife and much more, and 2]case no 30 of 2001 decided on 4/2/05 of Meena Dinesh parmar v/s Dinesh Parmar in the order of judgment nothing to substantiate her contentions, only false allegations on husband, HC not granted Maintenance. 3] she filed 498a in 2007 and maintenance case in 2009 it is clear intention she did not want to stay with me. but these grounds not sustained by the hon.court and rejected my application. now i an little bit confused what to do can i move to High court Bombay / Session court to revise the rejected application. Pl.Advice me Regards,
