Dear Sir/ Madam, Is there an option to change the witness in a Gift deed after registration. A gift deed was given to me by my mother for our house. At the time of registration my friend and uncle played the role of witness. Now my uncle have some quarrel with us and want removal his name from the witness. He warned us to change his name otherwise it will not good for our health (means he will send local criminals to us). Is there a way (as rectification deed) by which I can take up another witness and remove his name from the above mentioned gift deed. Or any other way I can do this. Please help me. Thanks in advance

sir, I am working with centrum direct ltd at its airport branch were we are working in 12 hrs shift for 2 days then 2 nights and followed by 2 holidays which makes 5 days working for an week in which we get Rs.250 as an night allowance and no OT neither any breaks in between work sir I want to complain and want your opinion on the same

1) Delhi High Court Appointed tribunal gives award( pettitioner Sr Citizen widow vs Private Ltd Builder Co. resides/ working in DELHI 2) Builder Co was directed to do sale deed and incur all expenses .Property is in Ghaziabad U.P.,Builder has not taken any steps since 150 days of Arbitration award . 3) Builder Co.Various property are in Ghaziabad and only have registered rented head office in Delhi. My question a) Which court has Execution power -Delhi or Ghaziabad(Allahabad -High Court).please provide any judgement so that we can file in delhi court. What precaution we should take to avoid duplication and delays
