    Hi, I am currently looking at two projects one is a row house and the other is a villa. For the Row house the builder said we would be getting only the UDS(Undivided Share) whereas for the villa it is the Plot area(Where the villa is built in ) + UDS So considering this which one is better both are at same location and the villas price is only 30 L more.

    sir Good Morning main aapko rooma kanpur up k kishano ki bhoomi upsidc ne 2002 me adhigrhit kar liya tha 60-80 hajar rs. bheeghe me lekin sarkari rate 7 lakh rs . priti bheega tha kishano ki bhoomi jabjasti le li thi upsidc k plat abhi bhi khali pade hain kisano ko kaise nyay mile help kare apki mahan dya hogi

    Respected member one property purchased by father & his son and daughter jointly.father expired on 20/07/2014 now son has applied for electricity connection in his name but his sister has made objection being co owner of the propery regarding release of electricity connection.I am representing electricity company.In this circumstances whether it is lawful to release connection in spite of objection.your valuable legal guidance will highly appreciated.Thanks in Advance
