    Sir, The Section 4& 6 Notification under Land Acquisition Act 1894 were issued on 26.09.2007 and 25.09.2008. The Award was passed on 24.09.2010. I kept representing requesting for release of land. Got assuring replies. On 02.06.2014 I was told during my personal visit to Govt office that my case had been rejected on 01.03.2013 .     I have suit going on in which my tenant is not giving me possession of the property despite rent agreement expired.he is asking for 8 lacs which he gave to my husband without my permission or agreement.me d my husband don't live together d property is in my name.court has also passed decree of possession in my favour d know I have applied for execution.know the tenant has filled permanent injunction and recovery of 8 lacs in separate suit but with same judge.will injunction affect my decree of possession.He has not produced anything new and are there any chances of permanent injunction granted,

  • Kush Prajapati says : Pagdi room disputes
    The tenant for a pagdi room named on my grand fathers name, who has tow sons. Older one has 4 Sons and 3 daughters and elder one has 3 Sons and one daughter. Due to some disputes grandfather sons want to do the settelment internally by giving some amount to another and so one has to leave the pagdi room. Now elder son has aggred to pay the amount to older son to leave the pagdi room, but childs of older son are not agreeing to leave the room and neither agreeing to pay the amount so that elder son would leave from there. What elder son could do to get out from this situation.
