    Dear sirs/ friends I have on polt in lay out which is developed in panchayati. now this is become in city area. now i want a take loan on this for business purpose then approached to bankers and sumbitted all documents. now they ask me for a adangal or ROR 1B . so i approched to MRO office for adangal.. but RI said this can not give for lay out land. only for agriculture land . but banker asking adangal or ROR 1B . so please let me know , how to get adangal or ROR 1B from MRO office. requesting to help and guide me.

    hello sir, I am satish resident of Hyderabad and my house is situated besides to a temple though its a historical temple but my house is more older than the temple my forefathers were residents of this house since nizam ruling they were here .I had all the documents of nizam stamp papers were also there with me the temple commity is trying to enlarge the temple they were forcing us since from a long time but we are not in a favor to give our house to them they approached the state Govt.on this issue the MRO & joint collector came and surveyed the lands but they did not approached us any time on this issue & did not inquired our demands (Note: temple is not in Endowment) it is controlled by locals .After so many days suddenly the MRO (locals politicians had forced officials ) came and issued a G.O of land acquisition so, what are the steps i need to take further on what bases they had issued this G.O ??? please help me out... can we file a case against the temple commity members and officials ?? thanks in regards...

    Sir, My sister got married in 1999. It was a arranged marriage. She has on SIL who is married and is a doctor. My sister stays in her in laws house with her husband and one kid of 13 years. Right from day 1 SIL never liked my sister and always provoked MIL against my sister. Now it went to the extent that SIL and MIL have filed a police complaint against my sister saying that my sister is always fighting with MIL and anything happens to the old lady my sister is responsible. Sir, my sister has been going through hell from the time she got married and she used to keep telling us but we always made her understand to be patient as everything will be fine with passage of time. Now it is gone to this extent. Basically it is done for the house of MIL which SIL wants. She does not want any share to be given to my sister. Sir i need your kind advice as what is the next step. I am the eldest sister. I dont have any brother nor father. Whatever it is my responsibility to take my sister out of this situation. I want to go as per law so that my sister is not in any trouble. We have advised my sister to get out of the house and stay separately. THere is one flat in the same bldg and we suggested my sister to shift there so that the kid will have not problem regarding his school and other activities. Is it advisable for her to shift in the same bldg. Sir please give me your expert opinion in this regard. Also i want to know as to what can i do about the police complain on my sister.     Hi, My question is when is an association legally considered as the sole representative organisation of layout plot owners to interact with builder and government? How many/percentage of owners need to be members of the association for it to be considered valid representative organisation for that layout/community? What options are there for owners to be part of the association without having to be present while registering the association?
