    as i was married under christian mariage act on dec 2007, but the court paper both the part signed stated dec2006. now i want to get married the second time. will my marriage be leagl and if not what is the procedure for the rectification and how much time will it take

    Hi Sir, I had been going through some of your opinions and found them really valuable. Thanks a lot sir. Also, I wanted to seek your opinion on a situation I am in these days. I had paid the earnest amount (bayana) for a flat here and due to some issues in arranging money for the remaining amount, I may not be able to take this agreement forward. The cause in the agreement is that the amount will be forefeited. Can something be done as the earnest amount is not a small amount... atleast for me. Regards, Manu.
