    hi i am mayank kumar and my dad and his two brothers were directors in a private ltd company and just 1 year back my dad resigned and i joined the directorship in his place same with my uncles and their sons. now we three cousin brothers are the 3 directors in this company. but now the other 2 directors are not letting me use the companies assets . is there any law with which i can file a case against the company or the other 2 directors and just get the money worth of my share in the company ? please reply thanks in advance

    says : cheque sir can any body be accused if the cheque hegave has bounced he is an educated person .and has signed the cheque.he has written amountand signed the cheque but has not written the name .he is literateand knows abt bank transactions.does he haveany defense jst because he has not written the amount

    Hi Sir, I am working in middle east as hard earner ,i avail one scheme from agent during vaccation paid 45000 and was issued cheque of 75000/- against and due date is 22nd oct but the agent is not picking phone as understand the company office in santacruz which issued cheque in name jairam trading owner is under scam and bank account been freezed... as i am very sure this cheque is going to be dishonoued please advise to help out ,, very thank ful
