My meternal Grand father is Late H Sanna Somappa Died in March 1975 My Grand Mother is Late Gangamma Died in June 1997 They have 10 childrens 1.H S Hanumanthappa -Died in March 1985 at the age of 52 years –Married 1955 2. H S Parvathamma Alive – with 3 Childrens age 72 years as of 2015-Married 1956 3. H S Revanasiddappa Died in 2004 at the age of 62 years – 3 Childrens (1 Expired ) –Married in 1966 4. H S Nagarajappa Died in 1996 at the age of 51 years – 5 Childrens Married in 1966 5.H S Jayamma Died in 2012 at the age of 66 years -5 Childrens (1 expired ) Married in 1959 6 H S Heggappa Died in 2006 at the age of 59 years -5 Childrens Married in 1968 7. Hi, I am a 32 year old software engineer being mentally tortured by my abusive and violent wife of same age. Her parents also support her only. I am the only child of my parents and my wife forces me to break all relations with my parents. She is neither ready for separation nor ready to amend her abusive behaviour with me and my parents. We also have a 5 year old daughter. My query :- The current accommodation where we live is a rented one in my name. Due to my wife’s abusive nature, I want to leave that house and start living separately with my parents. Now my question is how to escape from the liability of the property damages which my wife might do in the current rented accommodation if I leave her and start living separately? As soon as I leave her, she might start damaging or selling internal equipments like pipe fittings etc. or she might run the AC, geyser etc. continuously so that I am liable to pay the high electricity bill (as the rented house is in my name even if I had left it). Is there any way to escape from such liability after leaving that house which is rented in my name?

Dear Sir I joined an MNC 4 months back,first 3 months was quite normal but by 4th month they started toturing me without any reason, they tries to mentally disturbing me due to that i got ill and had lots of complications,like i feel weakness my platelets got down, i mailed all the reports to my boss, but the behaviour is same. Dear Experts Please suggest ur expertise for helping lady.this is from Mrs. Chhabutai Kadu i attached lower court order copy & appeal by husband in session court/district court. lower court already refused his divorce petition TWO times. My query is following 1) can lady transfer the appeal case in her resident district by simple application. because appeal case in not in her home district & she is old an 56 years age . and financially weak and having no income source.it proved in lower court. 2) husband is misguide to court about his resident. I have proof about his address. 3) after lower court order for appeal in district court how many days are limit ? 4) Husband marry with another lady without divorce from first wife ,can lady file case against both (husband & his second wife) directly in court ?
