Sir what are the requirements of a foreign company coming to india in terms of its shares? Is it necessary that a particular nuber of shares should be kept by indians in order to enter into the indian market by a foreign company?

Dear Sir, I just noticed that our case status which was posted for hearing tomorrow 15/02 has been changed from Judgement to Hearing. The status was "judgement" till day before y'day and suddenly today its changed to hearing. Does this mean that application filed by builder to advance the hearing is accepted?we suspect some foul play by the builder here. Please guide on what can be done here?Can we file contempt of court or initiate criminal proceedings? Can we do it in high court of karnataka or National forum or supreme court.
