VM says : Ownership rights issue
After the demise of my father, my elder brother tactfully got the flat transfered in his name via some kind of a nomination papers. Now my brother is denying me my right of 50% share saying he is now the full owner of the flat and also have captured the flat in full and not allowing me any access at all. What remedy & process I need to do,to get back my rights over the flat and the possesion. Pls advise.

dear sir i dont knw if im arting to sumone appropriate. if not, then kindly forward this thing to the corect person. on my request, my account was deleted. which had username - rubberthread@gmail.com password - laptop it had some threads (content) which i also wanted to be Deleted. but , only the Account has got deleted, not the Threads, which are still there on ur website. how can those threads be deleted? pls tell. or do it asap. Sir, the problem is while searching for (rubberthread@gmail.com) on google search engine, my threads with my data and fone no. are still turning up.......... placed at ur website. i dont want my personal info.s to be viewed by anyone who searches my email id. which is my business email as well. hence, the matter is serious. pls look into this matter as a personal request. thanks Anil Sharma. 98117 88377 (i have made this new id with same username and password)

# Respected sir, kindly help i had a counter claim pending..but subsequently the suit was withdrawn without my knowledge and the file was sent to record room along with the no comments on counter claim .i want to revive it kindly tell the duration of revival of claim any limitation please help..it was the judge mistake...
