we have already file a criminal case in 406, 420, 506 & 34 , for breach of contract & cheating for non commencement of business after full payment of franchisee fees which is not commence within 21-days as agreed upon as per agreement. how to recover investment and losses and interest. or what is the procedure

we both husband and wife are doctors by profession with 2 daughters married for last 9 years. from the start we had fight as my wife is over ambitious and was not interested in marriage.also she used to give bad words to me and my family saying my sister married a person of other caste and we hide the same from them( which we had no idea before my marriage) during her 1st pregnancy she was at her fathers place and we came to know that she has aborted. we left the matter and got her back.following this 2nd time she did the same without taking my concern. during 3rd pregnancy we took out most care and had her delivery near our place.after delivery and after 1st week her mother who came for the same started fighting without any cause and reason and left our house saying they will file 498a on us. after 3 months we got the news that their daughter in law has committed suicide and case under sec 498a 306 etc has been filed on my wife,her father mother and brother .during the pend ency of case my wife stayed with her family for 3 years at their place and never contacted me ,neither i visited them .later they got acquitted from said charges and her family called us and asked to take back my wife . we also forgetting everything got her back and started living back.after few days again she started fighting on issued like my sister should not come to home ( which is self acquired property of my parents) she can stay with in-laws.etc.during same she got pregnant for 4th time and we had 2nd girl from this . after 2 years of her coming and staying back with me at my parents place and due to every day fight i finally decided to leave the house and stay separately . we moved to other flat ( which is rented) and since one half year we are residing there. my parents were taking care of my older daughter and my younger one was with my in-laws as our both work schedule was busy.things began to get worse day by day as my wife started beating me up and giving bad words in-front of my servant for no valid reasons . she also threatened me to end up her life and put me and my family in jail. with this i stopped talking to her from may 2015 and just stayed for my daughter at that place. now past last one month my inlaws came and started staying with us. they say that i should leave the house and stay with my mom dad and they will stay with my wife there and also will look after my daughters. i denied the same following which they threatened me that they will file police complaint .nothing left , i had to leave the house and shift back to my parents house. before my query i would clear some points 1.i have not taken a single penny from my in-laws till date 2. whatever expenses like house rent ,food expense all are borne by me till date for which i have all the receipts 3.my family had never talked to my wife after we left their house nor they visited our house 4. i have video recordings of the conversation between myself and in-laws regarding leaving house 5. audio recording of my wife threatening to end her life my query 1.can they file case under DVA, desertion or any other 2.will i have to pay maintenance to my wife who is also a doctor and earns same as me 3. any other expert tips from all experts . please opine

Dear experts please advise. My mother is member of a local area kameti (unregistered chit fund ) from last 5 years and had completed many terms of kameti and also got the prize money on time. Recently, term of her one kameti had completed in july 2015 and she had to receive prize money of 150000 rs from the kameti operator. But this time kameti operator refused to pay prize money to her and other 2 members also. Resulting which the three aggrieved members has raised a fir u/s 406 of ipc . Police has also found the diary of kameti operator which contain records of kameti. At present the kameti operator is in police custody of 15 days. Please advise. 1. How we can get our money , as the kameti operator refuse to have any due. Where the other 2 member have cheque from the operator of money due. But my mother have only the written slip of operator. 2. As it is a unregistered chit fund and the matter of default in payment of members due what legal action can be taken against the operator and whether the members of such unregistered chit fund have any legal liability.
