Dear All, First of all i m highly thankful to all of u to reply me on my first query... it is helping me alot... Sirs, i have one more query and expect a earliest reply from all of u... Sirs, My 498A case and other cases are filed in lower courts. and now my lawyer informed me that 498A and others cases i.e. domestic violence, maintenance case etc, can only be compoundable from high court.... sirs, could u please inform me the procedure and approximate cost for this compounding process. Customary diverse has been taken from my wife before Panch. In my community has been giving these types of diverse since 1904. This allowed as per section 29 (2) under Hindu Marriage Act. I am Hindu & resident at Pune. My wife has suit filed against me for maintenance at Kalyan & Pimpari court in Maharashtra. I also suit filed against her for getting diverse on cruelty ground at Pune Court. We have taken written on stamp paper these cases are withdrawn by her & me. I want know what should I do if I have to withdraw case from Pune Court? My wife also withdraw case from Kalyan court against maintenance & Pimpari court for maintenance under domestic violence act 2005. I will have to written apply to Pune court with diverse paper duly attested then the said case will be withdrawn by my signed. In Pimpari & Kalyan court my wife will withdraw case by her signed. Court requires my signed on withdraw application? Can any one me guide on above procedure? Thanking you in an advance Regards, Pawan

hello sir, i have married since 2 yrs. i m facing cruelity mental torture by my wife. i have shown to psychiatrist and counsellor and in nimhans central institution for family therapy.first psychiatrist told it as personality disorder,second as adjustment disorder third in nimhans told as marital discord. .she is not ready for further therapy but torture me abuse me, no cohabitation for 9 months etc.. i have few doubts.since 2 yrs she is staying with me in same house. my parents staying in different place of karnataka.she is from mumbai. before sending divorce petition , i want to send notice to her and copy to her father saying all details and give them time period to reply.few doubts i have. can they come for talk? can she put 498 against me? if so vl she put in a same place where we both are staying? or can she go to mumbai and file a case?should she appoint a lawyer to answer my notice? she has 2 more sisters to be marry.. i know we cant tell what happens but ur experienced so u can predict.she is doctor but not working now but if she goes for work she vl get good salary. i m also doctor.her father also doctor.he is avoiding to come and discuss the issues always says he is busy. once he thretened me to send me jail etc.he scared about his prestige in mumbai. pls if u have time reply me. thank u.
