Sir,Iam T.suryanarayana practicing Advocate ,Just read a query on O.1r.10 I got few doubts in my mind wanted to share them with u this was my reply to the query correct me if iam wrong: Is the implead Petition pending?if at all if it is allowed it is a surprise as to how it was allowed!!It is an Injunction suit.what way this new purchaser has interest in the suit thought a present owner?let him ignore the suit what will happen?he will not be effected,only thing is he has be in possession.By virtue of losing possession over the property the previous owners what is the fate of the suit? Steps to amend are to be taken by Plaintiff. I am waiting for Senior members answers to this query.

My friend stays in Delhi along with her husband who seeks a divorce under the dissolution of muslim marriage act,1939.She is married for the past 6 yrs and is issueless.Can she stay away from her husband and file a case for divorce in Mumbai?.Pls suggest

mai 29 yrs old ek ladki hun,or pichle 3 shal se ek ladke se payar karti hun,ab usne mujhe bataya ki wo married hai or do bache bhi hain,puchne pr usne bataya ki uski wife achi nahi hai or uske ghar walo ne bhi mujhe yehi bataya ki wo achi nahi hai,hum shadi karna chahte hain,per uske ghar wale bacho or duniya ka wasta de rahe hain isliye wo confused ho rahe hain,per mai uske bina nahi rah sakti kyunki hamara rista bahut aage badh chuka hai,wo bhi nahi rah sakta per gharwale confused kar rahe hain hum kya kare,pls advise me mai bahut paresan hun,unki wife janti hai hamare bare me & ready to except our relation.pls cope up me from the situation pls i,m waitng your reply,pls send me your replies soon

Hello Sir, Ihave sent a telegram to SSP Faridabad complaining that my in-laws are threatning me regarding the 498A. in Sept-2007. After a year in December 2008 they filed case against me and my Family. Can I take it as a defence in court. Secondly when I asked SSP office regarding the telegram through RTI, they said that Telegram is not in records. what action I can take against police. But I ahve the diary number of the same and the same was sent to the police station from where FIR (498A) registered against me. CAN I TAKE IT AS A DEFENCE. I am a LAW Student and live in FARIDABAD(HARYANA) I think that they had not taken any action on that. and the Same police station registered FIR against me in which my telegram was sent for investigation. Can I ask the SHO to clarify that why they did not call me at that time. Please tell me about the DPA also. Can I ask SHO to register FIR against my wife who falsly stated that they gave me dowry.
