Electricity theft is detected under section 135 of Indian Elecricity ACT 2003 The accussed pay the assesment amount and compounding charges in order to avoid lodging of F.I.R . afterward made complaint to electrical inspector under section 127 of Indian Elecricity ACT 2003 , In above Act electrical inspector has no power to deal with matter connected with section 135 ,the elecrical inspector givesorder to refund the money to the accussed ,In this senario what should bedone? is it advissable to file writ in Hon'ble High court to quash the order issued by the elecrical inspector ,who has no power in law to pass the order Thanks in advance for reply

Dear Sir, My Name is Cynthia & I am from Goa working in Dubai with my husband. My mother in law want to give us some land to built a house .However my husband have 3 more brother (all of them also not in Goa except their wifeâ€™s)and 4 sister all married. Now my question is that if my mother in law want to give us part of the land then is there any need of any brothers or sister as my mother in law is alive hence can we just get all the paper work done only with our mother in law presence. and if yes the want deed do we do as we need to go for loan to construct a new house on the same property. I am a Catholic girl. I married in church on 24th may 2009, to a catholic boy in mangalore. This boy was involved in criminal activity in 2005 for which he was released on bail. At the time of proposal(through shaadi.com), he confided into me saying the aquittsl would take place soon. However, it does not seem to be. He is now evasive, and whenever i call his lawyer, their statements always differ. Over it all, ever since we got married, he has been financially insecure, and in my endevour to help him have been ill. my marriage is not registered in court. is it still considered legal? if he gets convicted, where do i stand? i have been ill-treated at his place and now he tells me that he does not want me back? What am i to do?

hi. My father bought one plot of around 11,000 sqft in 1960.we were out of town for around 35 yrs and when we came back we found that everyone has constructed the house around the plot nad there is no road available to reach the plot.we tried to negotiate with the neighbors but they are not agreeing to.Is there any law which will help us getting the road to the plot.
