actually i met someone online on yahoo messenger and we became friends, and at a point i had some urgency and i wanted to send money to someone and somehow he dont have the account there. so i asked this online friend of mine, if he could help me, telling his account number , so i can send money in hsi acccount and can help my other friend hwo is there nearby this online friend but dont have account there. so teh online friend got angry n said he will take legal action and this is illegal to ask bank account number etc etc. so kindly tell me, is it really illegal to ask bank account number and one can send me to jail for this?

Dear sir, i have many doubts in gift deed. 1. if in gift deed , donor mentioned that, you taken care of me nicely so i am gifting my property to you. whether it is conditional gift? 2.in current situation there is some problem between donor and donee, whether it can be revoke or cancel by donor by saying that u not taken care of me [ but in gift deed donor mentioned that,you taken care of me nicely so i am gifting my property to you] . 3. in above cases , donor discussed with lawer and lawer also said that we can able to cancel the gift deed and make a new gift deed in register office itself. How it is possible?

Sir, my wife has gone 6 month back to her parents home and now she has send 125 notice saying that she has thrown away from her matrimonial home and no food or money is given to her during her staying with me and on mentally tourture also. she is qualified and working before and after marriage but now she has left the job. a child is also born and on the next day when child born she has gone out. she is under misguiance of her parents. now what should i do. should i reply or apply for counselling and say to court that i m astill ready to live with her.
