Dear Experts, One retired women she owners of a flat property for the 5 to 6 years,. Her son is desire to take loan from the bank but some problem is that her son in law was taken a loan since 5 years ago whe sell flat property by her. bank can not get loan in her name, in that time agreement for sale registered and after that sale deed registered in sale deed mentioned that her son in law takes loan on the said flat property. hence son in law manage in bank and taken loan Rs. 2,25,000/-but still on record no mortgaged deed was registered. so how they can give loan... and she also no registered the mortgaged deed.. so still time they have paid Rs. 10000/- only. her son wants to loan on the said flat proerty.. bank says that her mother names can not take loan. in case his names was included in that deed joint her name... so plz tell me what i suggested them.... sir, i want to lend 5lacs to a party who gives me 7/12 doc. of hiss farm. so, what should i do...? if i register it i'll have to pay stamp duty of near aboout 60000 thousand,, or simply noyarize the agreement? or can u recommend me any other way please sir its urgent

Hello, An FIR Cyber crime #146 was launched and onto the ADGP crime PUnjab. We have been waiting weeks for the results of the investigation (which they stated have been done and onto court), told us to provide them with email address and they would email the results, to date we have nothing and have put in several requests. A complaint was also filed to the PSHRC because a DSP threatened to arrest one of their witnesses if he didn't stay out of the case and the PSHRC followed through with an outcome. The Embassy's are not even receiving a reply. what can be done about this? i am not the victims just someone trying to help as they have limited Punjabi and Hindi. Thank you.

i married a girl 2 years back,now she is denying her marriage.As Proof i have a marriage photograph and 2 witnesses.No marriage documents.I have also an email of her where she has acknowledged her marriage.I have no negatives of the photograph,but as the court want negatives,i have photographed the original photograph to get the negatives.I want to prove marriage as dont want to loose her,please help.

hello, i have query behalf of my father accident.in 2003 my father was accidented with one tractor.in acc. my father's leg was injured and he are not able to walk without steek or walker.than my father not going on work propoerly my father suspended by diractors.and thare after sustain them.so, there after that gives him high pressure and 2007 he was dead by heart attack. at this date 31-5-2010 we don't getting properly insurance money how much claim we able to getting? in ahmedbad operationed to him and 1-2 year later septic in leg many rupees goes but not feeling good. and than he dead for heart attack.so what we are do.when we get caimp money tell us my father's monthly income was 30000 and main person of our family.and today case not coming on board, and insurance company plan to settelment and not give us claim full money.
