    Sir, I am doing pest control in Vadodara with valid licenses - to sale/stock/exhibit/distribute & stock & use restricted chemicals license. I went through your above quoted answer. Please let me as per the act, how one can obtain "license for Pest control" since the Deputy Director of Agriculture here claims that we can not do pest control as per the act. Besides, cash memo, stock register, etc. has to confirm to the rules and "we need to submit a written affidavit that we would not do pewst control as per the license (sale/stock/exhibit).
