dear sir i am a resident of lucknow. kindly provide me advice regarding my sister's divorce suit which we have filed. i would like to furnish u some information. we had lodged an fir against the boy and his family at our nearby p.s. the boy's sister and husband have been granted arrest stay...but the boy and his mother have been asked by the high court to appear for bail. they have all mentally tortured my sister for two years which forced her to leave ranchi and come to lucknow. kindly advice us on the matter since the boy's side are not coming to terms and we want an early settlement. the boy is powerful both financially and contact wise. he has bribed a lot many in the process. i would be eagerly waiting for ur advice.

According to the caste system the son wil obtain a caste of his father whether both the parents are from same caste are different castes. My question is that can we change our caste to that of our mother if parents are from different castes?? The neccessity for me is not for reservation purpose both are from oc category. And the facility for me is to no need to change my surname. The caste i need to change consists of my surname with different gothrams.

If on the cover of a registered letter (containing legal notice) sent to a party on bouncing of cheque, the address is written of the COMPLAINANT rather than LAWYER , but notice is received by the party. Can the case be filed in the court & Will it be maintained in court ?
