sir on 09-07-2009 the complainant approached to the Bank and submitted a complainant to it stating that he did not withdraw an amount of Rs.1,000/- from any ATM, Rajahmundry but he withdraw only Rs.4,000/- by utilizing ATM Card at Andhra Bank ATM on 05-07-2009. But his saving Bank account shows that he withdrawn an amount of Rs.1,000/- and made enquire in it and remitted the said amount to his account. Immediately after receipt of the said notice, this respondent takes necessary steps to intimate its higher authorities and also ATM management authorities and the same is enquiry is pending as the customer used ATM card in various places and different Bank ATMs. Immediately after receipt of the notice as per the instructions given higher authorities, on 11-01-2010, this respondent credit an amount of Rs.1,000/- to the account of the complainant to provide timely comfort and act of this respondent is in good faith and meanwhile verifying its ATM transaction details. On 28-01-2010 this respondent received a message from its office stating that the complainant had withdrawn an amount of Rs.1,000/- by using his credit card vide account No.7200003448000 term ID SI Ac 20033902, transaction date 05-07-2009 time 13.01.44 Seq, mem 3242 amount Rs.1,000/- tran status approved as per the switch long transaction is approved and please contract enquiry section for clarification. The same fact had also informed to the complainant and credit the amount of Rs.1,000/-. Immediately after receipt reply ATM enquiry officials this Respondent, The Bank had addressed a letter to State Bank of Hyderabad, Rajahmundry on 09-03-2010 about the complaint of the complainant and asked to furnish JPT log copy dated 05-07-2009, conformation to the effect that there is no excess cash in their ATM on 05-07-2010 for the above transaction, status of transaction.
