    Sir, We have a shop which is on rent and the owner(Mr B) of shop has sold the property to Mr A in 2003, Till date he(Mr B) and Mr A has not informed us about this. Mr A(new owner) is a GPA holder of the property In 2003 when Mr B rejected to accept rent, we filed a case in Rent controll and started paying rent in court. Recently we have come to know about the selling of this property to Mr A. My question is is new owner (Mr A) eligible to receive rent from me as he is GPA holder.

    My father (Mr. B) purchase a property from a landlord (Mr. A) Mr. A gave GPA in my father name (Mr.B) My father never registered this property. Both Mr. A (Landlord) and Mr. B (My father) died. Based on my father death certificate, my mother got Khata, and all taxes are up to date. Now my mother wants to register this property in my name. 1. Is it possible to register? 2.     Dear Senior, Please help me about the following problem. (I am from HR Department) My issue is : 1. our's is an MNC. It entered into an agreement with Italy for supply of certain material. 2. Italy supplied sub standard material. 3. We addressed letter informing them about the quality of material. 4. Now Italy is going to sue our company for recovery of money. My requirement : A. whether the orders / judgements passed in Italy are enforceable in India. B. Whether Italy and India are signatories to any Treaty. more particulatry about enforcement of orders / judgents passed in Italy to be enforced in India.     We own a flat without car parking. The apartment consists of 6 owners and only 4 owners have the car parking space. The remaining area of 600 sqft is common area. We are obstructed by the Co-owner to park our car and two wheeler in common area. Could you please let us know the claims we can have under the above circumstances

    Maheshkumar says : Subject : loan recovery from parent company Message : A Ltd is 100% overseas wholly owned subsidiary of B Ltd (Holding company). A Ltd taken a bank loan which it is defaulted in repayment. Whether Bank can recover the loan amount from B ltd which is 100% Holding company of A ltd ? How to recover the loan dues by the banker? Sent to : Admin on 08 July 2010 Maheshkumar says : Subject : personal guarantee Two of the Indian directors executed personal guarantee for the loans taken for their company in a Indian bank of overseas branch. In case of failure,whether personal guarantee can be invoked against their personal properties in India by the overseas bank. In the above company ,there are three more directors but they have given any personal guarantee.As per the sanction letter,Personal guarantee should be obtained from the all directors.The above personal guarantee was also not intimated/get permission from RBI,India before/after execution and was executed in a white paper not in a stamp paper As per RBI guidelines , for any guarantee ,the permission and intimation thru authorised dealer is compulsory. Please clarify the above
