Sir, My brother wants to make domicile certificate for his Engineering admission, for that he consult on lawyer, he ask all fifteen years proof and ask dad work experience certificate of 15 years, my dad is working as security supervisor in some different company on contract basis. I had make work experience certificate from my company in my dad name. when he go to verification, judge had ask him company name and he is not replay the name of the company mentioned in the work experience certificate, than judge give him in police custody when police ask him who make the certificate he take my name. Than police call me and take my statement and what is fact I accepted. He put the case on us of court cheating and Section on me & my dad 420, 465,467,468,471 and 34. Can u please help who I came out from this and what is the result in this case can I get any punishment if yes than who much, or any fine. Can u suggest me who I discharges the case. I am a Central Government Civilian Defence Employee, have completed my 5years service as LDC(Grade pay 1900/-). I had applied for higher (G.P.2400/-) post advertised (Employment News Advertisement Dated 17-23 July, 2010) through Staff Selection Commission. As per directives of DOPT OM letter mentioned in Swamy Book, I had directly applied to Staff Selection commission and had given intimation on same date to my Head of Office regarding this. My head of office has regretted my job application and intimated me in black and white and copy of same was forwarded to Commission without assigning any public interest behind it. Now SSC will not allow me to compete in this examination. I want to know (1) what are the options i have left to protest against this as my department has curbed my search of better employment even to other central government. (2) Can it be considered by Supreme court directly if this is the case of breach of my fundamental rights(Article 21&23). (3) Isn't it the violation of Human rights as rights related to life, liberty and dignity? (4) Why Government has empowered so highly the competent authority that prospects of bright candidates on open selection should invariably depend on forwarding of applications by the present employer to another Undertaking / Govt. Organization? Please help me with your reply so that i can sit for this and forthcoming examination advt. by SSC and PSC in near future. Regards

Sir, My name is sanjay I complited all process for qualifing for selection to Tis Hazari cour LDC Post they also give me appointment letter My medical also done & verification too before joining letter but they didn't sent any kind of joining letter further process, when I visit to tis hazari court for related query so they said that some person filled case against tis hazari selection in supreme court you have to wait or give again typing test some problem occur during typing test but as I aware for this nothing happen like this in my category I am PH category there are only few person selected for intrevew and selected them. I very tentioned about the related issue. If I'll not able or failed to again in type test so what should I do. Plz suggest me for rights.
